former lay member of the General Osteopathic Council from its inception as a regulatory body for seven years
served as an advisor to the House of Commons Select Committee
awarded an OBE in 1994 for his services to dentistry
now focuses on chair appointments in the healthcare sector

is the Chief Executive of the National Land Information Service
implemented the online VAT system for HM Customs and Excise, while he was the Director of Logistics
introduced complementary therapies in a corporate environment
former Director of Schroders Bank, with global responsibilities

co-founded The Funding Network, which has so far raised more than £1,000,000 for a wide range of social change projects
has a master’s degree in Effective Learning
works as a literary translator (from French)
has personally experienced the positive effects of acupuncture

is a former Chief Executive of both Wellhouse NHS Trust and North Essex Health Authority, and is acting Chief Executive of Cambridge PCT
